•Truck center is now open
Mid-State International Truck center is now open in the Wausau West Industrial Park on Packer Drive. The facility moved from Sherman Street as a result of the Hwy. 29/I-39 Interchange reconstruction. The new building is located at 6335 Packer Drive and is visible from Hwy. 29. Services offered include new and used truck sales, service, parts, Idealease and Jerr-dan. There is also a Riiser station for fueling on site.

• New Coffee Shop Opens Downtown
Allister Deacon’s Coffee House is the newest java stop in downtown Wausau. Located at 300 North 3rd Street in the Washington Square, they offer a coffee and espresso bar along with tea and bakery items in a lively atmosphere.

• Arby’s Added to North End
Arby’s, the roast beef sandwich fast food chain is opening a store at the corner of County Road K and Hwy. 51 on Wausau’s north side. The restaurant, along with a new convenience store will complement the growth and development of this area, joining the new Rosemurgy Auto Dealership and Saturn.
