Wausau Community Development has been
in existence since 1976 changing the face of Wausau for its
residents. Community Development administers a variety of grant
and loan programs that strengthen local housing stock, promote
downtown revitalization, provide economic development assistance.
This is done in partnership with
local agencies and nonprofit organizations to better serve the
residents of the City.
