REVITALIZATION
The city of Wausau has taken a proactive approach
to neighborhood revitalization. City staff assists neighborhood organizations
with planning, building rehabilitation, crime reduction, code compliance,
brownfield elimination, park and recreation development and resident

HOUSING
COUNSELING PROGRAM
The Community Development
Department Housing Counseling program is available for all Marathon
County residents. Program is designed to counsel & educate interested
parties regarding pre-rent, pre-purchase, post-purchase, reverse
mortgage, and mortgage default.
