Live It Up's premise is simple- assist employees in purchasing homes in the City with an approximately $10,000 no interest loan ($15,000 for the historic property, 50 years old or older), there are few restrictions but it is first come first serve as funds are available.
For Employers: to partner with us, we ask you to make a nonprofit, tax deductible donation to the Live It Up Fund at the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, this donation can be made online at: www.cfoncw.org or by mail to: CFONCW attn: Live It Up Fund 500 1st Street, Suite 2600, Wausau, WI 54403.
For Employees: express interest in Live It Up by completing the short Live It Up Wausau Application in MS .doc or in Adobe .pdf before writing an offer to purchase on a home.
